excellent breakfast japanese restaurant peacock sighting
The sorrento restaurant's breakfast a la carte menu charmed me. i found several restaurants. Specifically asian, japanese and italian. the japanese restaurant sakura featured delicious black cod. the garden held animals. I noticed a peacock.
i observed approximately 80% of poolside chairs reserved early, but rarely used

Absolutely wonderful experience
friendly staff amazing garden spacious lobby
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Mahatma cleaned our room well. The gardens were amazing and i really liked the pool activities. I had a Wow moment when i first walked in. The lobby and main bar area are open giving a real sense of space.
The restaurants were always fully booked and sometimes only a third full.

The staff always smiled and were happy to help. I watched staff accommodate guest requests quickly and efficiently. I saw the team work well (especially at breakfast!), and it created a relaxed atmosphere.

Really good Experience, Attention to Detail!!!
great breakfast large gym friendly staff
The breakfast selection was great! The rooms provided sufficient space. The gym was fantastic and large. My friends and I enjoyed the beach and walking throughout the hotel. The hotel features meticulously maintained gardens. The staff greeted us with friendly faces and welcomed us as if we were family.
The restaurants are expensive. Better and cheaper food and drinks are available in the city or at Bali Collection. I think prices should be reviewed to match the surrounding options, so guests can enjoy the amenities within the resort. This small change could greatly enhance the overall experience.

The room includes a spacious layout. It also has sufficient space for luggage and personal items. Air conditioning works very efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night.

The gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes. It offers a variety of equipment for cardio and strength training. The pool area has numerous loungers and shaded sections. Guests can always find a comfortable spot to relax.
